HARVESTING care  for 7 to 10 years

 AGAVE FIELDS: Located in the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco amongst active and inactive volcanoes producing high yield pinas.

 VOLCANIC SOIL: Volcanic eruptions enrich soil with nutrients like silica and potassium, essential for agave growth. Obsidian lava rocks create naturally aerated soil, allowing agave roots to penetrate easily.

 VOLCANIC SPRING WATER: We source fresh spring water from underground aquifers near the Tequila Volcano. This mineral-rich water is purified to blend seamlessly with our tequila

 HARVESTING: Our agave plants are carefully nurtured for 7 to 10 years until they reach peak ripeness. Each plant is then hand-harvested by skilled jimadores, who select them based on optimal sweetness and maturity

 DISTILLATION: We embrace modern, sustainable tequila production methods that conserve water and energy, reduce waste, and use fewer agaves per liter compared to traditional techniques.

 BOTTLING: Our bottling line is run and managed by women, employed at an above minimum wage rate.
